Where is the data hosted?
Exclusively in France, in data centres meeting Tier 3+ and Tier 4 standards. No transfer takes place outside the European Economic Area, beyond the reach of the Cloud Act.
Must a health and social care non-profit host its health data with an HDS-certified provider?
Yes. Health data collected as part of care or medico-social follow-up activities must be hosted with an HDS-certified provider, in accordance with Article L1111-8 of the French Public Health Code. Voltn is HDS certified across all six activities of the framework.
How do you share documents between staff, volunteers and local branches?
