Where are the data centers located?
In France, specifically in the Île-de-France region. No data is transferred to third-party countries. Our teams are based in Toulouse.
Are the solutions difficult to get started with?
No. Voltn is intuitive and requires no training. Your clients have access to video tutorials, an integrated knowledge base, and support available via email and phone, Monday through Friday. Onboarding is also available.
How much does electronic signature cost?
The Sign option offers two subscription plans based on client needs, both including unlimited handwritten signatures. eIDAS-compliant signatures, which hold legal value within the EU, are available in bundles or included in the subscription. Please contact our sales team.
